Payment Plan:
a. Reserving Room – 1st Nights non-refundable deposit taken from Guests credit card
immediately upon booking reservation.
b. 2nd Installment – 2nd Nights non-refundable deposit taken from credit card on April 1st
c. Final Installment - Remaining Balance paid in full on or before July 31, 2022
a) Hotel contacts guest prior to charging the remaining balance on credit card

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable unless room is re-booked by another LCLC attendee.
